• Utilized when moving from one season to the next
• Uses 2 modalities of Cleansing (Incan & Meridian Based modalities)
• 120 minutes

A-3: Total Energetic Cleanse/Balance 

Description: This is the “Re-Start” Session cleanse is best described as the total clearing and recharging of the chakra energetic system.

• Total clearing and recharging of the chakra energetic system
  Uses 3 modalities of Cleansing
• (Yogic, Incan, & Meridian Based modalities)
• 120 minutes

A-4:  Spiritual Coaching     $5 a min (up to 20min.)

• Serve as a spiritual and emotional sounding board.

• Positive approach with constructive ways to manage  your life

A-5:  Spiritual Coaching                

• Positive approach with constructive ways to manage  your life
• Implement a plan of action for you to manage your life.  
• Create a workable Life Coach relationship in your life.
• Create structure and boundaries for cultivating your vision for your life
• 1 hour

A-6: Guided Meditation 

• Affirmation
• Based on one’s religious and spiritual background
• Wants/Needs /Aspirations integrated based on each client
• 30 minutes

A-7: Group Meditation (2 person minimum) 

• Affirmation
• Based on one’s religious and spiritual background
• Wants/Needs /Aspirations integrated based on each client
• 45 minutes (group questions/answers after)

Affirmation:
Connecting with our most basic form, the energetic body. We will all create sacred space to re-charge and release the boundaries that prevent us from being fully balanced and complete beings.
Utilizing our breath and the very simplest technique of color, and sound we will delve into the ‘time without time’ in order to charge our natural bio-energetic field. I have had a powerful and uplifting process through individual and group meditation.

A-8: Blessing (House/Studio/Space)  (Flat 1-2hrs)

A-9: Christening/Marriage/Union  (Flat 4 hrs)

• A-0 : Fire Ceremony 
• Opening up Sacred Space
• Location (TBD)
• 2-3 hours of Releasing and Letting go of excess, overwhelm and attachments
• Exercises & Fasting Provided (3/7/10 day options)
• Sessions or Cleanses set on this day are especially profound.
